Armistice Day 2023

Over the last few weeks, KS3 students have been creating wall pockets out of clay. The students used pasta, beads, and other tools to emboss a design of poppies and flowers and then decorated with paint.  Each of the five churches we donated to received three Poppy Wall Pockets each. The pockets could be wall-mounted, placed on windowsills, or at the end of pews. The idea is for the congregation to place paper poppies into them, as an everlasting remembrance.

It was lovely to see that Bramfield and Halesworth churches are still displaying our previous remembrance art projects.
