Bramfield House School is an independent residential special educational needs school for boys aged 7 – 16 years who have social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties and associated challenging behaviours, located in rural Suffolk. As a Senior Administrator you will be in charge of managing the office, randing from meeting and diary management and providing support to the Headteacher, HR administration and assisting with checking payroll with attendance records.

You will be involved in running the reception and responsibility for accurate files. You will be efficient with a professional approach and an ability to set up processes and systems, you will keep the cogs of the school turning.

Who we are looking for

To join us, you’ll need some previous administrative experience and excellent IT Skills. You should be used to working on several administration tasks and able to switch between them. It is just as important that you are also approachable and have a helpful nature. You should be ready to support our team and will build a natural and respectful rapport with our young people.
