We are looking for responsible, caring Domestic Assistant to join our fantastic team at Bramfield House School, Halesworth. As Domestic Assistant you will help support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring our facilities are well prepared to keep them, comfortable and healthy.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a team committed to helping children with varied and complex needs.
Our Domestic Assistants carry out an essential role to maintain the standards of cleanliness required by the children and young people in our care. You will take pride in ensuring domestic duties including vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal, dusting and cleaning are carried out to the highest standards.

Previous experience in a similar setting would be great but isn’t essential as full training will be given, and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important. These roles are ideal for people working in customer facing industries including retail, hospitality, and leisure, looking for a new role that makes a real difference to children’s lives and futures.

Located in rural Suffolk, Bramfield House School is an independent residential special educational needs school for boys aged 7 – 16 years who have social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties and associated challenging behaviours.
